Alison Krauss is one of the most popular and richest Country Singer who was born on July 23 1971 in Decatur Illinois United States. Alison Krauss and LeAnn Kymes were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. Alison Maria Krauss started her career in music as a child she was winning competitions in her local area at the age of 10. Her first recording was her first time at age 14. When she was 14, she dropped her first solo album, after signing with Rounder Records. The album was also a part of the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she continues to perform. Later, in 1989, her first solo album was released in conjunction with the band.
