Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson, an American producer and singer, is also a writer. Her most well-known work is her role as Tara Maclay on the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer and was also the director and appeared in her own films Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. She also acted as her bridesmaid in the Kiss the Bride movie. Benson was the child, born on January 8th 1977, of Edward Benson and Diane Benson. She has a younger sister Danielle and has a career as an artist. Benson attended a Reform Jewish synagogue while growing in her teens. Her mother, who was Southern Baptist and raised Jewish by her father, is too Jewish. Benson appeared on Morganville The Series and in The Killing Jar since Buffy's end.
