Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born March 14th, 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. At the 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at just one Games as well as the first gymnast to earn three consecutive titles in the world's all-around competition (2013-15). Biles is from Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after her and her sister Adria had been adopted by parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone discovered her love for gymnastics at age six during one of the field trips for daycare at Bannon's Gymnastix and she remained there for 11 years under the direction of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded a silver medal for vault and floor in the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships of 2010 before making her debut at the very top of competition. She was the most dominant in her sport just two years later. Her consistency, her vivacious character and her high level of difficulty during her four events -- vault uneven bars, floor exercise, vault uneven bars, balance beam floor exercises and floor exercise -- made her above the others.
